Warranty, Return and Exchange Policy

  • Warranty Period

All products sold by Asphalt Armor Wear are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase.

  • Warranty Claims
To make a warranty claim, the customer must provide proof of purchase, a detailed description of the problem, and pictures of the defect.
The product must be returned to Asphalt Armor Wear at the customer's expense.
If the issue is found to be a manufacturing defect upon inspection, Asphalt Armor Wear will replace or repair your product at no additional expense to you.
  • Exclusions
The warranty does not cover damages caused by:
  • Misuse, mishandle, abuse, or neglect
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications of the garment
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidents or acts of God
  • Return or Exchange Policy
Products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. To proceed you must first email us at info@asphaltarmowear.com and make your return or exchange request. 
In order to exchange or return, all items must meet the following conditions:
* Product must be unworn: You can try it on to make sure it fits, but please don't wear it out.
* Unwashed: The item should be returned in its original, unwashed condition. * Scent-free: Please refrain from applying any perfumes or colognes to the item.
* Complete: All original components must be included in the return. This includes the box, tags, armor, hoodie, detachable hood, and any other accessories that came with the item.
Returned products will be inspected to ensure they are in as-sold condition.
We offer free exchanges within 30 days of purchase, on all items as long as they meet the return and exchange conditions.

In the case of a Return within the 30 days of purchase, please email us at info@asphaltarmorwear.com and request an RMA, once a Return Merchandise Authorization number has been issued, please include it inside with all original packaging in as sold condition. Customer will be responsible for shipping unused items back to warehouse. Once your item has been inspected and confirmed to be in as-sold conditions, your return and refund will be processed. Please allow 2-3 business days for your refund to be processed. Kindly note that your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Any items shipped without first making an email request and getting an RMA will be refused and sent back.
